An End-to-End Food Delivery Experience for Restaurants
A national restaurant chain partnered with EY to develop an in-house solution for their operator-led food delivery initiative. I was responsible for the design process of a web-based food delivery application that would enhance and automate the dispatching of delivery orders to drivers. The restaurant needed a streamlined solution to manage their delivery process effectively, ensuring that orders were dispatched efficiently to drivers while maintaining high-quality service.
Designing Smarter Forms: Simplifying Data Collection
A multinational pharmaceutical corporation partnered with EY to deliver a transformational PEGA process automation solution. This new solution would handle the process of conducting and documenting safety surveillance research for the company’s products. As the lead designer, I was responsible for redesigning two internal forms that captured critical documentation and regulatory updates.
The existing forms lacked sufficient guidance and intuitive clarity for the complex scenarios users faced, leading to frequent errors when users could not recall specific work arounds and sequences. The design team collaborated closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers, enabling us to redefine the form flow and enhance the user experience, transforming the process into a streamlined, guided, and simplified solution that better met user needs.

Redesigning a Workforce Portal for Usability and Clarity
As part of a larger initiative to modernize the workforce branch of a state government website, I was brought on to lead UX design efforts for a fast-moving engagement. The goal was to redesign existing features and introduce net-new conceptual wireframes that would improve usability, align with new branding, and set the foundation for future development. With a tight timeline and evolving requirements, I collaborated with internal teams and stakeholders to create user-centered designs that addressed pain points, clarified workflows, and positioned the state for long-term success.
